DIALOGUE WITH THE
SEBITETS

The Masked Teachings

Dialogue with the Sebitets part 5

Man is a very deceitful animal. A very unreliable creation on the face of the earth can be the assertion. Man is as well a very inconsistent being. An animal whose stock in trade is betrayal cannot be a good specie. A creation of Nature, which says one thing and does another, is abnormality. He preaches peace, but engages in wars and plunders. He advocates co-existence but thrives in colonization, conquests and blood bath. He takes delight in wearing white silk robes, but within these garments are stocked piles of deadly weapons of war and instrumentation for the destruction of lives and property.

Man’s actual life runs counter to what he preaches and teaches. His outdoor showcase is diametrically opposed to his indoor being-ness. A murderer is usually seen as a role model, innocent and of humble disposition by the society he destroys. His lives, antics and intrigues are usually sandwiched in rigid religious practices and pretences, and usually wear such religious clothing with its attendant stamps of societal authority to sting unsuspecting individuals and groups already marked for elimination. It will interest you to know that most heinous crimes against the innocent and seekers of the truth throughout history have the stamp of approval of the society, which these harmless martyrs toil to protect.

Two conflicting personalities in the mode of man tend to foster this ugly development. Those with unquenchable ambition learn fast on how to wear these false clothing and target their preys with death strings. Such masked nobilities take refuge under the umbrella of cultural, religious or political organizations of their people, and from within reshape this all-powerful instrumentation of the people for their chosen ambition. They could either opt for intrigues and blackmail or set bobby trap for unsuspecting rivals and foes and act with lightening speed once the victim is cut in that web.

Leaders, whether of religious, political, military or financial pursuits, fall into this category of individuals with masked lives. They are all double faced. Also included in this class are countless millions of all walks of life, who are ready to praise you profusely in your presence and stab you at the back immediately you turn. Man’s masked life breeds these masked teachings. Man is always ready and willing to set rules, religious teachings, and societal norms but is unwilling to either keep such rules or observe such religious standards. What matters most is the indoctrination of the masses who are easily mobilized against themselves for the benefit of the priests. Such rigorous rules are merely for the holy texts only. Whether the lifestyle of the priests is in conformity with the set rule or not is immaterial. Christian Bible has a catalogue of what I am saying.

Saul, the King of Israel, once ordered that all witches and wizards in this kingdom be killed because their existence was not in keeping with the teachings of Moses. But when he needed to know the outcome of his proposed fight against his opponents, the teachings of Moses which once led him into issuing the decree and the murders he executed in the name of the faith meant nothing to him. He sought the services of those he hoarded and killed the witches and wizards.

“And Samuel said to Saul, why has though disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by Prophets, nor by dreams; therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make unto me what I shall do. 16. Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask me, seeing the LORD is departed from thee and is become thine enemy? 17. And the LORD hath done to him, as he spake by me; for the Lord rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David. 18. Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the LORD, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore had the LORD done this thing unto thee this day. 19. Moreover, the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the philistines and tomorrow shall thou and thy sons be with me; the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the philistines”. – Sam 28 [15 – 19].

Late Samuel, through the witch of Endor, confirmed his earlier prophesies while alive that the kingdom of Israel had already been given to David. The fulfilment was to come the next day, and it did come in the same graphic way as stated by the late priest.

“Now go and smite Amalek and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not, but slay both man and woman, infant and sucking, ox and sheep, camel and ass”. 1 Samuel 15[3]. Saul’s punishment was swift and on this planet. The Bible concluded Saul’s saga thus:-

“It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king; for he is turned back from following me and had not performed my commandments”. 1 Samuel 15[11].

If the Supreme Being [an all-knowing, all-seeing, all-being, all-present and all-powerful God] could regret his actions, then His claim to that authority is questionable. A continuum of regrets and sorrows from the Omnipresent God is not only embarrassing but questionable. He regretted creating man. He regretted making Saul King of Israel. When Jesus was dying, he regretted that his father had forsaken him.

Saul, while in authority and in full exercise of the fruits of power, went after witches and wizards who were on the other side of spiritual journey, competing with Christianity and determined to stamp them out in keeping with the directives of Moses [“thou shall not suffer a witch to live”, Exodus 22.8], but when the forces and powers he persecuted demanded his head, his fall became hinged on irrelevances. It is pertinent to add that witches and wizard who were in competition with Christianity were found superior to Christianity. Many innocent and humble souls who were averse to the barbaric administration of Saul were tagged witches and were brutally massacred under the watchful eyes of the Priests of Jehovah. These brutal executions were however not exempted from the laws of cause and effect. As Saul delighted in abrupt deprivation of life, none shall exist in his household. If we however hold the concept that to obey is better than sacrifice”, the David’s prayers cannot be better than his disobedience to the very command and injunction of the same God. To obey is certainly better than prayers [an alternative to sacrifice]. But that was not the case, in the issue of David and all those the Christian faith chose as beloved of Jehovah.

Saul’s saga is very similar to that of Jesus. In his heydays, Saul sought the heads and lives of witches and wizards, but at the point of death, he looked for the same people to assist him in cheating death. He then knew that he needed their spiritual support. Jesus came to fulfil the laws of Moses. He came from the house of David, but the house of David knew him not. All his twelve disciples were Jews. He directed them not to go into the house of gentiles [“These twelve Jesus sent forth and commanded them, go not into the way of the gentiles and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not” Matt 10.5]. Jesus was born a Jew, practiced Judaism, and died a Jew and in Judaism.

It was after Jesus’ death that the scales were removed from his eyes. Before he died he handed over his teachings and group to Peter whom he used to correct his dislike for the gentiles and some of those erroneous cultural biases of his people against humanity. If the son of God, clothed with all the holiness, purity, divinity, and spiritual authority could only realize the foolishness of his teachings from the world of the dead, what then compels us to believe the rest of his pronouncements while alive?

“And the voice spoke unto him [Peter] again the second time, what God had cleansed, that call not thou common” Acts 10.15. “And he [Peter] said unto them, ye know that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation but God had showed me that I should not call any man common or unclean” Acts 10.28.

David who took over from Saul, in keeping with the prophecies of Samuel did snatch not only Urah’s wife from Uriah, but also ensured that Uriah was killed. Uriah’s only crime was his marriage to a very pretty lady. He directed the Captain of his army to put Uriah in the forefront of combat operation to ensure that he was killed by the enemy. His decree was completely executed.

“David wrote a letter to Joab and sent it by the hand of Uriah. And he wrote in the letter saying:- Set ye Uriah in the forefront of the hottest battle, and retire ye from him that he may be smitten and die” 2 Samuel 11: 14 – 15. This decree became mandatory because of Uriah’s insistence that he would not go and sleep with his wife while the nation was on heavy military campaign.

“And when they had told David saying, Uriah went not down into his house, David said unto Uriah, comest thou not from thy journey? Why then didst thou not go down unto thine house? And Uriah said unto Daivd, The ark, and Israel and Judah, abide in tents and my lord Joab and the servants of my lord, are camped in the open fields, shall I then go into mine house, to eat and to drink and to lie with my wife? As thou livest, and as thy soul liveth, I will not do this thing” 2 Samuel 11: 11 – 12.

These are the statements of a true son of his nation. Uriah loved his nation more than his petty comfort and interests. But these thought provocating answers meant nothing to a King deep in adultery and murder. As a king, David had access to all the virgins and pretty ladies in his kingdom, but the only property Uriah had was taken from him by the almighty King of Israel. Ironically, the commandment of God meant nothing to him. The injunctions of Moses also meant nothing to him.-“And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress surely be put to death” Levicticus 20:10. David was not put to death in accordance with the law and tradition.

David and Bath-Sheba [Uriah’s wife] ought to have been executed in keeping with the customs, laws and traditions of the people as well as the decree of the Almighty Jehovah but it was not so. Why? The same couple who committed one of the worst sins were afterwards not only pardoned but became vehicles for the birth of the wisest man on earth, and one adjudged to be holy enough to put in place the most sacred place for the same God whose decree was flouted with impunity. What a contradiction. If the sentence of death, could be reduced to merely the death of a bastard, [the son who was born as a result of the adulterous relationship, between David and Bath-Seba], then this God, is a God of inconsistency, a God of in-exactitude.

Those adulterers and adulteresses who were victims of this law died in vain. As the mosaic God is an inconsistent Spiritual Being, what guarantee do we have that the so-called second coming of Jesus has not been overtaken by event? If Adulterers and adulteresses, before David died in vain, the promise to the righteous and punishments for sinner must also follow the same pattern. If a true God’s injunction with its attendant punishment holds sway for the weak and poor only, then we shall all look elsewhere for our salvation and the pursuit of eternal bliss. Alternatively, one can easily and rightly of course claim that those laws of Moses were more persuasive codes [laws issued by the King and leader to keep the society in check] applicable to the weak and poor ones only. Again we are back to the scenario that might is right, whether crude or subtle, it is immaterial.

Jacob, the second son of Isaac lied to his father as a condition to extract the old man’s blessing. Jacob’s mother lured, as well as aided his technique to steal his father’s blessing. A good boy does not need to claim his elder brother’s name for his father to bless him. Only criminals and persons of questionable character opt for this type of gangsterism, and even where such practice is possible, it is certainly not in spirituality. For having impersonated his elder brother to receive blessing from his father, is it wrong to conclude that Jacob was a criminal. No, it is not wrong.

“22 The voice is Jacob’s voice, but the hands are hands of Esau. 24 And Isaac said Art thou my very son Esau? And Jacob said I am. 28 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven and the fatness of the earth and plenty of corn and wine. 29 Let people serve thee and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be everyone that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee”. – Genesis 27 [22, 24, 28 and 29].

Here we are being encouraged not to be honest and truthful as a condition for receiving the blessing of God. The same holy text however referred to Jacob as “a plain man dwelling in tents” [Genesis 25:26]. That plain man insisted that his elder brother Esau, should surrender his birth right for a meal of pottage. Incredible, but is is true and the norm of a holy brotherhood, the brotherhood of Jesus, the Christ.

“29 And Jacob sod pottage; and Esau came from the field and he was faint. 30 And Esau said to Jacob, feed me, I pray thee, with the same red pottage, for I am faint, therefore was his name called Edom. 31 And Jacob said sell me this day thy birthright. 32 And Jacob said swear to me this day and he swore unto him and he sold his birthright unto Jacob – Genesis 25: 29 – 33”.

It is a story of great wickedness and greed. It also displays a character trend which negates the principles of love, charity and brotherly co-existence. Even if Esau was foolish and poor, his younger brother ought not adopt this type of approach in dealing with him. Furthermore, at no point, thereafter was there any mention of Jacob’s regrets for these acts. Yet Jacob’s greatness is still being echoed in Christian religious circles. Religious injunctions in this regard are being used to catapult evil in the society as well as to make a mockery of such faiths before the club of spiritual sages and adepts.

Before we proceed, let us look at these three instances [Saul, David and Jacob]. Saul, and his sons, was killed in a battle because of disobedience to God. God’s injunction to Saul through prophet Samuel was partially complied with, but this partial compliance did not in anyway lessen Saul’s condemnation and death. The visit to the witch of Endor has proved that all the talk about the greatness of Jewish God is false. If this Christian God is the supreme God and Samuel his true prophet and it was possible for this witch [a servant of Satan] to invoke the spirit of the dead servant of that all powerful creator, to make a flawless prophecy, then the powers of the Satan which provided the witch of Endor with her witchcraft was certainly superior to that of both the spirit of Samuel and the self acclaimed creator whom [Samuel] served while alive. This singular incident confirms statements of scholars that mosaic God was like any other competing God in olden times – sometimes victorious and at other times vanquished.

Despite this grave act of adultery, David did overcome all his enemies, wrote psalms and other so-called holy texts being recited worldwide as channels to touch the garments of the purported holy God. You have been informed previously that when you re-enact the works, prayers and deeds of a great mind, you are invoking his spiritual authority as well as his weakness and failures if any. So when you recite the works of David, are you also submitting yourself to his ignoble acts of stealing, adultery, murder and wickedness? David’s experience teaches us that God abhors nothing provided you praise him. This is true for cultural, family and personal gods which Jehovah was for Abram, Isaac, Jacob and his descendants.

Jacob’s saga is even more provocative. There is no way of justifying that a true God’s blessing could be stolen. If the blessings from a spiritual authority like Isaac, who acted with the full blessing of God through Abram, could be stolen, then there is no hope in our daily toil to behold the blessings of the higher law. It does also mean that there is little hope, if any, in following rigidly to religious observances and teachings. It carries an implied conclusion that our religious quests and toils as exemplified in these so-called Holy texts are in vain, if we do not steal and cheat as well as if we do not disrespect our father.

In the making of a religion, myths, fallacies and chronicles of in-exactitudes are woven into articles of faith as a means of clothing same with extraordinary and divine powers. Intelligent ones do not of course fail to add some tips on channels and techniques of embracing the truth – the universal oneness in creation. When Christianity began its global outreach either peacefully [before it was adopted by the emperor as the official religion of the all-powerful Roman Empire] or forcefully [after its glorious triumph by its proclamation as the official religion of the only power on the face of the earth], it assimilated all other myths, fallacies and cultural practices on its path. After that adoption, the Emperor decided to stamp out all other faiths, paths and religions within his kingdom as a means of entrenching unity in his empire. King Constantine believed that to achieve peace and cohesion in his domain, he must control firmly the minds of his subjects which could only be achieved through one single religious concept.

Accordingly, myths of other leaders within the walls of the Empire were incorporated into the system principally to accommodate them to avoid revolt. In the same light other cultural practices, dates of festivities and all other values of importance to them were equally accepted and enforced. It is one of the reasons for the contradictions, so numerously chronicled, in the said holy text.

“In Sumerian myth, after the death of her lover the goddess Inanna descends to the underworld to attend his funeral. But after three days and nights, the goddess rises again and returns to the sky as the first being ever to return from the kingdom of the dead”. “At the temple to Aphrodite in Paphos, Cyprus, the women of the City had to prostitute themselves once to a stranger before they could marry. But they were still considered virgins and any children born as a result were termed ‘born of a virgin’ and raised in the temple. Pagan gods and human leaders, heroes, or sages including Alexander the Great, Plato and Julius Caesar were often claimed to be the offspring of virgin birth. Early Christian writers felt they had to explain away the births of Gods such as Dionysos [born from the thigh of Zeus]; Commentators from the theologian Origin in the 3rd Century to Cardinal Newman in the 19th have interpreted pagan virgin birth to God’s way of preparing the world for the birth of Christ” Clifford Bishop in Sex and Spirit.

“Each Pharaoh in succession was a reincarnation of Horus and his function was to uphold the law. The Pharoh was mystically identified with the god who killed the serpent Apophis, outwardly symbolizing evil” A,.T. Man and Jane Lyle in sacred sexuality.

The above quoted cultural practices were long in existence before the birth of Jesus and within the Kingdom of King Constantine whose decree made Christianity a world religion. The statements of Clifford Bishop attempt to explain the origin of the virgin birth of Jesus as well as his rise from the dead on the 3rd day and subsequent ascension into heaven [sky]. The views as expressed by A. T. Man and Jane Lyle relate to his Kingship, son-ship of God, God made flesh and his victory over Satan.

In the religious practices of Egypt, Pharaoh was God made flesh because he was the reincarnated Horus. For the benefit of those who did not study Egyptian Mythology Horus was one of the God’s of Ancient Egypt. Gobal Das who was erroneously credited the feat of inaugurating the kali-yuga by these pseudo spiritual paths, was a great priest of the ‘God made flesh’ in the person of Ramesses II of Egypt. As a reincarnate of God, Pharaoh was both God and God in human flesh. Also, as it was the duty of Pharaoh [King and Lord] to kill the devil, so was the purported mission of Jesus the messiah. Similarly, as Pharaoh had chains of priests executing his order so it is for Jesus of today. In a nut shell, Christianity is merely a rehearsal of age long pagan practices scattered all over the globe.

Man has been at a loss as to the mechanics of his existence and his attendant shortcomings. Various myths were fashioned out as an explanation to the wheel of nature. Moses created man’s fall and made unsuccessful attempts to proffer a way out. The flood theory of Noah soon faded away as man’s shortcomings still persisted. As Jews came in contact with other races, including their cultures, myths, belief systems and the like, such observances like Immaculate Conception, son-ship of God, God made flesh and religious kings as well as submission to the powers of death for only 3 days and ascension to heaven [sky] thereafter were borrowed and incorporated into the faith, primarily to convince faithful that their messiah possesses enough spiritual authority to remit sins as well as to accommodate other citizens of the empire through the inclusion of their cultural practices and belief systems in the newly proposed central and unified faith. But this again failed. Faith in the ability of the messiah to erase and or correct these shortcomings was coined. Strong or weak faith which is the sole prerogative of the faithful is now to blame.

If Christianity in its entirety is an offshoot of pagan myths, practices, festivities and the like observances, why are new entrants into Christiandom then being swayed to abandon your root? If the same historical fact holds sway for other major religions, why can’t you recoil to yourself, the only reality well known to you?
